Average gasoline prices in Texas have risen 9.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.75/g today, according to Gas-Buddy’s survey of 13,114 stations in Texas. Prices in Texas are 9.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 33.6 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. LA GRANGE – Wednesday morning’s flooding on Jan. 24 did not deter the members of the Colorado Valley Quilt Guild from attending the “Improv” Workshop with Michelle Lavender. Michelle is from HollyDee Quilts in Luling, Tx. She showed the many ways to transform scraps into quilts, using a “Wonky” cut and an open mind.
