Sheridan Volunteer Fire Department held their first inaugural BBQ cookoff over the course of two days, Friday, Sept. 27 through Saturday, Sept. 28 at Logan Park in Sheridan. The competition featured brisket, jackpot beams, chicken pork ribs and margaritas. The cook-off was also a fundraiser to benefit the Sheridan VFD, with all proceeds going towards the needs of the department. Courtesy photos
