BANK ASSISTS WITH HOLIDAY COAT DRIVE

From the beginning of November until Dec. 31, the Columbus branch of Industry State Bank partnered with the Columbus Lions Club for their Holiday Coat Drive. Community members donated coats and jackets to assist those in need. The Lions Club distributed them on Friday, Jan. 13 at the Methodist Church Family Life Center. COLUMBUS – Kayla Anne Carlton and Nathan Allen Zumoff would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Alayah Zumoff. Alayah was born on Jan. 3 at the Columbus Community Hospital. The parents’ bundle of joy arrived at 5:23 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds and was 18.8 inches long at birth.

Samuel and Kelsey Barta of Brenham, are pleased to announce the birth of their second child, Josey Elle Barta, at 11:22PM on December 27th,2022, born at St. Joseph’s Hospital in COllege Station Texas. Josey weighed 7 lbs 3 oz and measured 19.5 inches in length. Josey is welcomed home by her sister Sandi Lynn. Maternal grandparents are John and Adrienne Hamilton of Chappell Hill and great grandmother Ellen Case. Paternal grandparents are John and Barbara Barta and the late Sandra Barta of Columbus.
