EAGLE LAKE – On July 4, at approximately 9:35 p.m., the Eagle Lake Police Department responded to the 300 block of Simmons Street in reference to a male and female who had been stabbed at the residence. AUSTIN – Christian Agno Aquino, 42, of Humble, was arrested for his role in a $6.9 million Medicaid fraud and kickback scheme, alongside Rene Gaviola, 67, and Ifeanyi Ndubisi Ozoh, 51, of Houston, who were previously arrested.
