FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS

You don’t have to travel far to enjoy celebrating the fourth. See where you can enjoy watching the fireworks this year in our county.

Annual Eagle Lake Fireworks Show The 25th Annual Eagle Lake Fireworks Show is set for Monday, July 3 beginning at 9:15 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public. The show will take place at its traditional location on Calhoun Road, west of town about a quarter mile from U.S. 90A. Parking is available on both sides of Calhoun Road.

Event organizers said this year’s event will have big blasts, loud booms and spectacular displays as the event commemorates 25 years. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and emphasize, “It’s going to be a blast.”

Columbus Chamber of Commerce Fireworks Show The Columbus Chamber of Commerce will present their Fourth of July Fireworks Show presented by HEB at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4.

The show will take place at the Columbus Golf Course, 141 Veterans Drive.

The city pool will be open from 8-9 p.m. at no cost to the public due to sponsorship by James Janik, Texas Farm Bureau Insurance, Agency Manager.
