Kathleen Townzen and Donna Pustejovsky from the Dilue Rose Harris chapter presented a Pioneer Life Trunk filled with replicas of items from the republic of Texas era. They sprinkled in a little bit of Texas history while explaining the use of everyday items, household items to toys. Students compared the items to their modern-day counterparts.
