COLUMBUS – On April 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., local nonprofits and youth groups will gather for a day of fun and fundraising at the Colorado County Courthouse grounds at 400 Spring St.

The Stanzel Model Aircraft Museum, located in Schulenburg Texas, is thrilled to mark its 25th anniversary with a special celebration on April 20th. This milestone marks a quarter of a century of preserving the rich history of model aircraft and honoring the legacy of the Stanzel family’s contributions to aviation and model aircraft engineering.

The Community Beautification award for March was given to First State Bank at 420 Walnut St. Beautiful new blue planters filled with red azaleas and Dusty Millers have been placed along Walnut Street.
