The Nonpoint Source Pollution Management in Texas – 2023 Annual Report is a jointly published report by the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. This report is a culmination of the State’s efforts to ensure and improve the quality of water in Texas. The 2023 report highlights annual load reductions of nitrogen, phosphorus, and sediment, and includes success stories achieved in various waterbodies across the state.

As homeowners prepare to create the yard of their dreams this spring, the TurfMutt Foundation, which celebrates 15 years in 2024 teaching families how to save the planet one yard at a time, encourages them to start by identifying their backyarding personality type.

During this sacred Holy Week, St. Anthony School students and faculty are praying and reflecting on the Passion of Jesus Christ to remember His suffering and ultimate sacrifice. On Holy Thursday (Maundy Thursday), Saints will have a “washing of the feet” service at 8:15 a.m., and an early release at 1:15 p.m. There will be no school on Good Friday or Easter Monday.

Less than a month remains until the highly anticipated total eclipse adorns Texas skies. On April 8, a total eclipse will shade 31 Texas state parks along the path of totality.
