She was born on June 5, 1947 to William Kipp and Lorine Belle (Miller) Kipp in Houston, Texas.
Scarlette worked as a home health sitter for many years.
She was a member of Eastlake Fellowship Church in Burnet, Texas.
Scarlette enjoyed working with her plants, watching movies, playing games and fellowshipping with her family and friends. Most importantly, she loved spending time with God in every way.
Scarlette is survived by her daughters Tracy Rodriguez and husband Victor of Flatonia and Denice Woodrum and husband Eric of Burnet; sisters Penny Knowlton and husband Steve of Lake Worth and Tammy Ellison and husband Joe of San Leon; eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Will iam and Lorine Kipp; daughter Christina Mackey; brothers Joe Anderson, Dennis Kipp, William Kipp, and Ricky Kipp; sisters Emma Hill, Linda Brisher, Lanell Worley, and Judy Hausler; grandson PFC Christopher Kilpatrick.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 9-10 a.m. at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus, Texas.
Funeral Service was held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus, Texas. Brian Doolittle officiated.
Burial took place in Odd Fellows Rest Cemetery in Columbus, Texas.
Pallbearers were Daniel Hatfield, Hannah Hatfield, Matthew Hatfield, Rebecca Hatfield, Zachary Thibodaux, Matthew McFarland, Colton Blankenship and Jerry Brisher.
