FRANCIS JOHN TRUCHARD
FRANCIS JOHN TRUCHARD
He was Justice of the Peace for Colorado County Precinct 3. Francis was appointed to the position in April of 1963 and has been elected by the people ever since. He was the longest current serving Justice of the Peace in the State of Texas, serving for almost sixty years.
