Allen was born and raised in Houston but spent his weekends and summers in Fayetteville, where he developed a love for hunting, fishing and working on cars. Allen graduated from Scarborough High School in 1989. He began working as a mechanic, eventually opening his own shop in Houston.
In 1990, he married Julia, who he affectionally referred to as Renee. His greatest prides were his two sons, Allen Jr. and Brandon. They created many memories together and enjoyed fishing and working on cars together. Although their time together was short, becoming a PawPaw to his grandson Cyrus filled Allen with unbridled joy.
Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers.
