Her greatest joy was her children and grandchi ldren. She enjoyed traveling, going to new places and she never met a stranger. Cherrill had a deep love for reading and spent countless hours immersed in books. She would adopt deployed troops and send them care packages. She loved music and a good bargain.

She worked as a Patient Services Specialist (PSS) for Scott and White in Brenham, Texas for seven years and before that the Weimar Mercury.

She is survived by daughter Candice Fox, husband Trey Fox and their two children Kaitlyn and Waylon. Daughter Callie Chovanec, husband Jonathan Chovanec and their child Kolson Chovanec. She is also survived by her sister Julia Theeck, brother Glen Croasmun and sister Betty Newberry along with numerous nieces, nephews, their families and many dear friends She is preceded in death by her father Darryl Lilie, mother Sarah Scott Lilie and little brother Darryl Lilie Jr.

She will be dearly missed, but we know that she is there watching over us in heaven.
