Jerry was born Nov. 2, 1958 in Columbus, to Wilburn and Mary Ordner of Frelsburg.

Jerry attended schools in Columbus and was a graduate of Columbus High School in 1977.

Jerry is survived by his daughter Caroline of Brenham and his granddaughter Bailey Rose; brother Billy Ordner and wife Tamy and sister Frances Legrand; nephews Carlyle, Eric, Colin, and Ethan Ordner; cousin Butch Ordner and wife Aimee. Jerry is also survived by 8 great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Emil and Alma Ordner, and Gerald and Emily Kane.

A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Frelsburg, Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 2 p.m.

Per his wishes, Jerry was cremated.
