ROMAN FOOTNICK

For over 30 years, Roman Footnick has been a noteworthy leader in various fields including nutrition, fitness, martial arts, philosophy, medicine, hypnotherapy, and leadership training. He has been recognized by: The Today Show, People Magazine, Flex Magazine, The Houston Chronicle, Austin American Statesman, and other media for his work and ideas.

He has worked for various military and police organizations regarding leadership, strategy, and tactical training. Roman has also worked with a variety of professional athletes and teams from the NFL, NBA, and MLB where he personally worked with numerous athletes regarding medical treatment, councel, and training.

His formal education includes a BA in Philosophy, MS in Asian Medicine, and earned the title of Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from Rhode Island, as well as Licensed Acupuncturist in Texas.

A passionate lifelong learner and polymath, Roman Footnick has dedicated his life toward physical, spiritual, intellectual, and moral growth. He has been trained by a number of extraordinary people including Vince Gironda, Tony Robbins, Thich Nhat Hahn, R’ Yaacov Cohen, Dennis Prager, Armando Flores, Stanley Phillips, Erwin Ballarta, Leo Gaje, Jocko Willink, Leif Babin, Dave Berke, JP Dinnel, Carlos Mendez, Jamie Cochran, Sarah Armstrong, and many other wonderful teachers, guides, and mentors. Without these exceptional human beings, Roman’s awards, accolades, and successes would not have happened.

In his personal life, Roman is a devoted husband and loving father to their children who attend Columbus Elementary and Junior High. While native Houstonians, the Footnick family has chosen Columbus to be their home. The Footnick’s are members of Temple Israel in nearby Schulenburg, and Roman is a member of Caledonia Lodge in Columbus. His faith in the Almighty, and sense of duty to his fellow man drives him to endeavor toward a relentless pursuit of goodness and service.
