Chamber hosts ‘State of the City’ Lunch and Learn

COLUMBUS — The Columbus Chamber of Commerce is joining Medical Skin Associates and Spa to host the April Lunch and Learn at the Stafford Opera House – Buddy Rau Room.

The public is invited to attend the Lunch and Learn on Wednesday, April 12, from noon to 1 p.m. There is no charge to attend.

Lunch will be prepared by Chef Raoul Catering. A presentation on “The State of the City” will take place with Mayor Lori An Gobert speaking on behalf of the City of Columbus.

Additional speakers include Betty Hajovsky, representing Columbus Community Hospital, Superintendent Jim Connor, presenting about Columbus Independent School District, and a representative from Columbus Community Industrial Development Corporation will provide an update on CCIDC. Janet Hollmann, events director, will also speak on behalf of the Chamber.

Each speaker will have 7-10 minutes to give their presentation. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the program.
