At 8:23am Det. Moulder responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

JANUARY 27, 2023

At 3:20pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 1300 block of Preston St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 8:04pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 8:48pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to Theft. After further investigation the subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning and was removed from the property.

JANUARY 28, 2023

At 2:05am Ofc. Kent responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 3:24am Ofc. Kent responded to the 100 block of Oak Cluster Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 3:30am Ofc. Kent responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 3:51am Ofc. Kent responded to the 1400 block of Crockett in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 12:30pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1600 block of Milam in reference to a civil matter. Advise was given.

At 9:55pm Ofc. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to a noise complaint. The noise was not located.

JANUARY 29, 2023

At 12:26am Ofc. Neumann assisted Colorado County Deputies in the 1300 block of Rampart in reference to a reckless driver.

At 10:13pm Ofc. Neumann responded to the 100 block of 1St Ave in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation the subjects were located, separated and removed from the property.

JANUARY 30, 2023

At 4:10am Ofc. Neumann responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

JANUARY 31, 2023

At 11:03am Det. Moulder responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 12:09pm Det. Moulder responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to threats. Information was received.

At 12:46pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 2:30pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a possible assault. Information was received, case pending arrest.

At 2:58pm Det. Moulder responded to the 200 block of Smith St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 11:22pm Cpl. Blair responded to the 3200 block of Columbus loop in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation Cole William Duval was arrested for Evading Arrest/Detention and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 11:39pm Ofc. Kent assisted Colorado County Deputies on Hwy 90 in reference to a reckless driver.

FEBRUARY 1, 2023

At 12:35am Ofc. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass, and removed from the property.

At 11:35am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 12:09pm Det. Moulder responded to the 1800 block of Charter St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 12:20pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

FEBRUARY2, 2023

At 1:05am Ofc. Kent responded to the 1300 block of Bowie in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 4:24am Ofc. Kent responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma in reference to illegal parking. The owner was located and the vehicle was removed.

At 8:29am Det. Moulder responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 8:44am Det. Moulder responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation the subject was found deceased. Justice of the peace Bill Heffner arrived on scene and stated time of death and requested an autopsy.

At 3:30pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
