At 5:21 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.
At 3:54 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1200 block of Rampart in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Nichole Brune out of Henderson was arrested with Public Intoxication and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 6:37 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 12:20 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a possible Theft. Information was received.
At 9:05 am Sgt. Blair responded to the 1000 block of Walnut in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.
At 10:35 am Sgt. Blair responded to the 100 block of 3rd Ave in reference to a possible scam. Information was received.
At 4:52 pm Lt. Lara responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Dr in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was not located.
At 7:21 pm Lt. Lara responded to the 100 block of Legion Dr in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
