JAN. 24, 2025

At 5:09 am Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was not located.

At 10:45 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 800 block of Back St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 3:35 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 8:42 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 700 block of Back St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 11:25 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

JAN. 25, 2025

At 2:19 am Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

JAN. 26, 2025

At 10:03 am Sgt. Blair responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and taken to the city pound.

At 12:28 pm Sgt. Blair responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.

JAN. 27, 2025

At 5:40 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 5:43 pm Ofc. Pospisil along with Det. Mayfield responded to the 100 block of Railroad Ave in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and all was found to be in order.

At 7:20 pm Ofc. Pospisil along with Det. Mayfield responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 7:49 pm Ofc. Pospisil along with Det. Mayfield responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

JAN. 28, 2025

At 1:46 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

JAN. 29, 2025

At 3:12 am Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1600 block of Fannin St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order. At 6:10 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 11:45 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 6:30 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 6:39 pm Sgt. Neumann responded to the 100 block of North Oak in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was not located.

JAN. 30, 2025

At 7:45 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1100 block of Jackson St in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 8:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 8:45 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 700 block of Fannin in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

At 9:37 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 400 block of Preston St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

JAN. 31, 2025

At 9:15 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an escort.

At 12:10 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1000 block of Walnut in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 1:20 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 2:25 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 900 block of Live Oak in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 2:45 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Washington St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 4:50 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 900 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 9:31 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 1000 block of Walnut in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 10:52 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

FEB. 1, 2025

At 3:07 am Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Neumann responded to the 1400 block of Rampart in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 5:53 am Ofc. Salinas responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to possible credit card abuse. Information was received case pending.

At 7:48 pm Ofc. Pospisil along with Det. Mayfield conducted a traffic stop on the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a traffic violation. After further investigation, Alexandra Campuzano out of Columbus was arrested on a warrant and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

FEB. 2, 2025

At 2:50 pm Ofc. Salinas responded to the 1300 block of Rampart in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 5:47 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 800 block of Austin St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 6:16 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

FEB. 3, 2025

At 1:07 am Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 700 block of Crockett St in reference to a possible theft. Information was received.

At 3:04 am Sgt. Blair responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Kailer Jackson out of LaGrange was arrested for Violation of protective order and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 5:00 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 6:47 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 2:15 am Sgt. Blair responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

FEB. 4, 2025

At 1:03 am Ofc. Avalos along with Lt. Lara responded to the 100 block of First St in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation, Jose Quezada was arrested for public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 3:10 pm Ofc. Avalos responded to the 1000 block of Jackson St in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 10:18 pm Ofc. Avalos along with Sgt. Blair responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

FEB. 5, 2025

At 1:06 am Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 3:29 am Sgt. Blair responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 5:56 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Rampart in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

At 7:39 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1400 block of Fannin St in reference to possible harassment. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 3:00 pm Lt. Mayfield responded to the 1700 block of Fannin St in reference to a wanted person. After further investigation, Caleb Hebert of Columbus was arrested for Failure to Comply Sex Offender Duty to Register and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

FEB. 6, 2025

At 8:10 am Sgt. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 2:05 pm Sgt. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Sunset Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 10:13 pm Ofc. Pospisil responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.
