An appreciation service and dinner was held on Sunday, March 9, honoring Colorado County resident Eunice Faye Collins for 10 years of “leadership, commitment and dedicated service to the church community and beyond.” The awards were presented by the Office of the Fort Bend County Judge, Fort Bend County Precinct 4 Commissioner Dexter L. McCoy and the Newman Chapel United Methodist Church in Kendleton. Collins served as the Director and Ministry of Music for the church. Dinner was held at Dos Gringos Restaurant in Rosenberg.
