Editor’s Note: In the previous edition of the Citizen, the Citizen incorrectly stated that the Eagle Lake City Council had voted to approve a discount rate for Eagle Lake residents to rent the community center, costing only 10% of the $800 fee, or $80. The actual discount rate was 10% off the original fee of $800, costing $720. The Citizen apologizes for any confusion caused by the error.
