BUILDING AND ADVOCACY AT THE CAPITOL

The Colorado County Habitat for Humanity visited the Capitol last Wednesday, Feb. 26 to advocate and “build”, helping out the Bryan Station Habitat for Humanity by building the walls for Ms. Crawford and her family, soon to be homeowners. A special thank you to District Director Gjesdal for Rep. Stan Kitzman for the professional and thoughtful conversation about the Bootstrap program. And of course, big thanks to Habitat Texas for organizing such a fun and impactful day.
