FRIDAY, NOV. 15
At approximately 1:16 p.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to US Hwy 90A, Sheridan, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. After further investigation, Kristopher Black, age 25, of Spring, Tx, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense - Class A Misdemeanor and Resisting Arrest, Search, Transport Class A Misdemeanor. Case cleared by adult arrest.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., deputy Johnson was dispatched to the 1100 block of CR 113, Garwood, in reference to a criminal mischief call. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Case inactive.
SATURDAY, NOV. 16
At approximately 12:53 p.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to a business located at the 6700 block of US Hwy 90, Sealy, in reference to threats. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Case is active.
At approximately 10:04 p.m., deputy Smith while patrolling US90A near Sheridan attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation and a pursuit ensued. After further investigation, Raymond Flaga, age 45, of San Marcos, Tx, was arrested for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Motor Vehicle - State Jail Felony, Fail to Identify Fugitive from Justice - Misdemeanor “B”, and numerous out of county warrants. Case cleared by adult arrest.
SUNDAY, NOV. 17
At approximately 3:17 a.m., deputy Johnson was dispatched to the 3500 block of US-90 Glidden in reference to an assault. After further investigation, the parties were separated and the victim declined to pursue criminal charges. Case cleared.
At approximately 6:09 a.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to the 600 block of Nelle Street, Garwood, in reference to an active disturbance. After further investigation, it was determined no offense occurred and the disturbance was verbal in nature. Case cleared.
At approximately 10:03 a.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to a business located at the 4900 block of US Hwy 90, Alleyton, in reference to a burglary. After further investigation, information was received and a report taken. Case active.
At approximately 12:50 p.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to a property near the intersection of County Road 116 and County Road 170, Garwood, Tx, in reference to a theft. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Case is inactive.
At approximately 4:31 p.m., deputy Blaha was dispatched to the 5500 block of E Second Street, Sheridan, in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation, Samuel Shaver, age 45, of Sheridan, Tx, was arrested for Assault on an Elderly or Disabled Person - Misdemeanor “A” and Terroristic Threat Family Member/ Household - Misdemeanor “A”. Case cleared by adult arrest.
MONDAY, NOV. 18
At approximately 1:54 p.m., deputy Gorman was dispatched to the 2000 block of FM 949, Alleyton, in reference to theft. Information was received, case pending.
At approximately 5:41 p.m., deputy Byars was dispatched to the 1000 block of Weido Lane, Columbus, in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation, Bobby Guthrie, age 66, of Columbus, Tx, was arrested for Terroristic Threat of Family/Household Member - Misdemeanor “A”. Case cleared by adult arrest.
TUESDAY, NOV. 19
At approximately 7:02 a.m., deputy Zwahr was dispatched to the 1700 block of FM 109 in reference to property damage. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Information only.
At approximately 10:25 a.m., deputy Moulder was dispatched to the Colorado County Sheriff’s Office lobby in reference to a possible stolen vehicle from the 4800 block of S IH-10, Alleyton, Tx. After further investigation, information was taken and a report generated. Case is active.
FRIDAY, NOV. 22
At approximately 8:40 a.m., deputy Byars was dispatched to the Colorado County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a walk-in subject claiming to be the victim of fraud. Upon making contact with the complainant, enough was obtained to generate a report. Case active.
