This grant supports two key initiatives of the Fayette Community Foundation (FCF). The Rural Nonprofit Network Group (RNNG) Educational Series helps local nonprofits strengthen their capacity through professional development in areas such as resource development, program collaboration, and impact measurement. The Red Door Fund for Mental Health and the Green Door Fund for Workforce Development and Education, are two community-led funds that address local crises and close opportunity gaps.
