Mr. J.E. Folts

The earthly remains of Mr. J.Ed Folts were brought here from Houston on Tuesday evening and laid to rest in the local cemetery.

Teachers’ Examinations For This Year Applicants who desire to take examinations for teachers’ certificates during the current year will be required to register with the County Superintendent not later than the twentieth of the month preceding the examination.

Two Ford Cars Badly Smashed in Collision Two Ford cars got badly mangled in a head on collision near the undergrad crossing east of town late Tuesday evening.

They were driven by Joe Holub and Walter Strauss.

The two men sustained sundry scratches and bruises and the cars had to be trucked in for repairs.
