Raiders beat Brahmas
The Rice Raiders beat the East Bernard Brahmas in their Dec. 10 match up. Junior Robert Bennett was the top scorer in this game with 26 points. Other scorers included: Tamarion Turner, Dyiren Johnson, Avan Woolridge, Jon Woods, Willem Burger, and Javon Manciaz.

Rice beats Waelder in game two
The Raiders came back strong for their afternoon game against Waelder and won with a final 74-34 score.

Raiders beat Fayetteville in OT for tourney win The Rice Raiders beat Flationa in OT Dec. 13 with a score of 76-68. The Raiders held a small but consistent lead throughout the tournament championship game. A buzzer shot by Fayetteville sent the game into overtime. The Raiders rallied in OT and sealed the win. Scoring for the Raiders were: T. Turner, D. Johnson, A. Jenkins, R. Bennett, D. Bennett, A. Woolridge and J. Woods.
The Raiders traveled to Yoakum Dec. 20, and will play Edna in Altair Jan. 3, 2025 at 2 p.m.
