Mohsen Aboelella, M.D., has joined the Columbus Medical Clinic staff at the Columbus Community Hospital as a pediatrician, having started seeing patients on Sept. 2 Dr. Aboelella cares for children and adolescents, from newborns through age 18.
From wellness checks and vaccinations to sick visits and chronic disease management, Dr. Aboelella brings skill and compassion to every patient visit and family.
Dr. Aboelella recently completed his pediatric residency at the UT Health Science Center at Houston, after working at Alexandra Pediatric Center in Alexandria, Egypt. While there, he published a peer-reviewed study on treating a rare complication in pediatric cancer patients.
Dr. Aboelella holds BLS (basic life support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications, and is a credit to our skilled and highly qualified staff.
