FRIDAY, JUNE 21

At approximately 7:29 a.m., deputy Mican was dispatched to a public service in reference to an agency assist for Pasco County Sheriff’s Office in New Port Richey, FL. After further investigation, the victim in this case failed to cooperate and all information gathered was sent back to the reporting agency. Case cleared.

At approximately 10:04 a.m., deputy Zwahr was dispatched to a business on Hwy 90 near Alleyton, Tx, in reference to a vehicle fire. After further investigation, the fire was extinguished and the vehicle sustained minor damage. Information only.

SUNDAY, JUNE 23

At approximately 11:17 p.m., deputy Villanueva was dispatched to the 1100 block of CR 2103 Weimar, Tx, in reference to an unwanted subject. After further investigation, while the subject was being evaluated by Medics, an assault occurred. Richard Klimski, age 54, of Weimar, Tx, was arrested for Assault on a Public Servant - Felony 3. Case cleared by adult arrest.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25

At approximately 9:50 a.m., deputy Moulder was notified of an alleged sexual assault that occurred at the 2200 block of Hwy 90inColumbus,Tx.Afterfurtherinvestigation, information was received and determined the victim would not cooperate with the investigation. Case inactive.

At approximately 11:03 a.m., deputy Thomas was dispatched to the 1100 block of Buescher Road Columbus, Tx, in reference to a theft. After further investigation, a warrant was issued on this case, and Amber Flowers, age 38, of LaGrange, Tx, was arrested for Theft Property <$2,500 w/ Two or More Previous Convictions - State Jail Felony. Case cleared by adult arrest.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26

At approximately 1:25 p.m., deputy Pavlicek,whilepatrollingMilamStreetColumbus, Tx,conductedatrafficstoponavehiclefor a traffic violation. After further investigation, Mark Francis, age 54, of Columbus, Tx, was arrested for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions - Class “B” Misdemeanor. Caseclearedbyadultarrest.

Atapproximately5:33p.m.,deputyByars was dispatched to the 1000 block of Hamman Drive Bernardo, Tx, in reference to a structure fire. After further investigation, the fire was deemed accidental and the residence a total loss. Case cleared.

At approximately 6:33 p.m., deputy Melendez made contact with a complainant in reference to deadly conduct that occurred on IH-10 WB near mile marker 703, Alleyton, Tx. After further investigation, it was determined there was not enough information available topositivelyidentifyasuspect.Caseinactive.

At approximately 10:15 p.m., deputy Pavlicek and other members of the Columbus Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in reference to a homicide suspect. After further investigation, Jeremy Holloway, age 37, of El Campo, Tx, was arrested for an active warrant for Homicide from El Campo Police Department.Caseclearedbyadultarrest.

THURSDAY, JUNE 27

Atapproximately8:05a.m.,deputyZwahr was dispatched in reference to an abandoned vehicleinthe1200blockofFM102,Alleyton,Tx, which was later confirmed stolen. After further investigation, information was received and determinednotenoughevidencewasavailable tolocateasuspect.Caseinactive.

At approximately 9:13 a.m., deputy Ohl was dispatched to FM 1693 and County Road 116,Garwood,Tx,regardingastolenstopsign. After further investigation, the Texas Department ofTransportationreplacedthesign.Case information only.

At approximately 1:16 p.m., deputy Zwahr was dispatched to a public service in reference to credit/debit card abuse at the TA Truck Stop. information was received and a reportwastaken.Nosuspectatthistime.

At approximately 11:20 p.m., deputy Gorman, while patrolling hwy 90 near Columbus, Tx, initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. After further investigation, Aaron Cruz, age 29, of Dallas, Tx, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 <1g - State Jail Felony, and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon - Class “A” Misdemeanor. Case clearedbyadultarrest.

FRIDAY, JUNE 28

At approximately 4:17 a.m., deputy Byars was dispatched to the 1000 block of County Road 175, Garwood, Tx, in reference to an abandoned vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle was removed from a property and entered into TCIC/NCIC as stored and abandoned. Case cleared.
