Car seat check up

EAGLE LAKE — Is your child in the right seat? The Texas Department of State Health Services and Texas AgriLife Extension Office invite the public to attend a car seat checkup event at the Community Center, 100 N. Walnut Ave.

The public can come out Thursday, March 30 from 10 a.m. until noon to hear from certified technicians who will be available to educate parents on the correct selection and use of child safety seats.

Parents are encouraged to bring their child and know his/her weight and height.
