At 3:58 pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Sevon Green was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 5:23 pm Ofc. Salinas along with Lt. Daniel responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a welfare concern. After further Investigation, the subject was found deceased. Justice of the Peace Billy Hefner arrived on scene and stated the time of death and ordered an autopsy.
