At 1:17 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 2200 block of Walnut in reference to a possible fraud. Information was received.
At 3:50 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
At 4:46 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 8:39 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and was removed from the property.

At 3:58 pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, Sevon Green was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 5:23 pm Ofc. Salinas along with Lt. Daniel responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a welfare concern. After further Investigation, the subject was found deceased. Justice of the Peace Billy Hefner arrived on scene and stated the time of death and ordered an autopsy.
