SATURDAY, MAY 18
At approximately 2:08 a.m., deputy Blaha observed a vehicle traveling Eastbound on Highway 71 that was reported stolen out of Round Rock, Tx. After further investigation, the vehicle was recovered and the report will be forwarded to Round Rock Police Department. Case information only.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to FM 102 and FM 949 in Alleyton, Tx in reference to a possible motor vehicle accident. After further investigation, Kevana Morgan, age 29, of Katy, Tx was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more Felony3,andResistArrestSearchorTransport-Misdemeanor“A”.Caseclearedbyadultarrest.
At approximately 1:27 p.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to a business located at6700USHighway90,Sealy,Txinreference to an attempted burglary of a motor vehicle. After further investigation, information was received and a report taken. Case inactive.
SUNDAY, MAY 19
At approximately 4:03 a.m., deputy Blaha was dispatched to 707 Eastbound Interstate 10 near Bernardo, Tx in reference to a vehicle that caught on fire. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Case cleared.
TUESDAY, MAY 21
At approximately 5:20 p.m., deputy Melendez was dispatched to the 6600 block of Hwy 71 in Garwood, Tx in reference to a suspicious person. After further investigation, Stacy Knesek, age 34, of Garwood, was arrested for Burglary of a Building - State Jail Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Misdemeanor “C”. Case cleared by adult arrest.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 22
At approximately 1:39 p.m., deputy Johnson was dispatched to a business on US Hwy 90 in Sealy, Tx in reference to fraud. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Case is active.
THURSDAY, MAY 23
At approximately 12:25 p.m., deputy Johnson was dispatched to the 400 block of Arthur Street, Garwood, Tx in reference to a burglary. After further investigation, information was received and a report was taken. Case is active.
At approximately 2:55 p.m., deputy Cantu was dispatched to Interstate 10 near Alleyton, Tx in reference to a road rage incident. After further investigation, Ricky Espree, age 37, of Beaumont, Tx was arrested for Disorderly Conduct - Displaying Firearm - Misdemeanor “B”. Case cleared by adult arrest.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., deputy Blaha was dispatched to the 3100 block of FM 155 in reference to a stolen vehicle. After further investigation, information was received andthevehiclewasenteredintoTCIC/NCICas stolen. On Tuesday, May 28, 2024 the vehicle was recovered in Lavaca County and released to the owner. Case cleared.
