SHARON ANN MEYER

Sharon Ann Meyer, 80, of Austin, Texas, passed away on Feb. 26, 2023, in Austin, Texas.

She was born on Feb. 25, 1943 to Eugene A. Tietjen and Floriana (Herzik) Tietjen in Houston, Texas. On Jan. 27, 1962 she married Travis Walter Meyer.

Sharon was a Bible teacher for many years. She loved her family, her Bible students, her garden, and especially watching her granddaughter rodeo.

Sharon is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Travis Meyer; son Sandy Meyer and wife Sana of Houston; daughter Beverly Meyer of Austin; and granddaughter Breanna Meyer.

She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Floriana Tietjen.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus, Texas.
