July just flew by, but Arbor Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare want to give a shout-out to the amazing Shonetta Coleman-Shropshire as our July Employee of the Month. Shonetta is so dedicated to our residents. She goes above and beyond for them daily. She is always quick and willing to help whenever and wherever she is needed. She has braved ice storms and hurricanes to make it to work to make sure the residents are well-cared for. She even made it as the “cover girl” for our corporate website for the whole company.
