Senior Connections hosts July outing with residents

Senior Connections hosted their monthly outing with residents for July. Seniors took a trip to the Fluent Medical Marijuana facility to kick their day off. Following their tour, residents headed to Flatonia to the Lyric Movie Theater to watch “The Family Stone.” Lunch followed quickly after with the hungry seniors stopping at Edna’s Cafe for a bite to eat. The next monthly outing will be to Shiner Brewery on August 17. Darrell Appelt will be playing music there outdoors under the big fans. Those on the outing included: Cynthia Meyer, Alice Fajkus, Cindy Ferguson, Kitra Ruiz, Carolyn Moore, Darlene Williams, Stephanie Shroyer, Irene Janda, Annie Mae Ripper, Betty Helmcamp, Marilyn Mares, Shirley Machicek and Betty Mulholand.
