Two Ladycats are Super Elite

The Weimar Ladycats had a season to remember last year with plenty of things to celebrate, and two players from the team though, have even more reason to celebrate.

Izzy Reeves and Taylor Smith were selected from the Ladycats’ team to be a part of the Super Elite team. This team is comprised of some of the best softball players in Texas and these two earned their spots.

Reeves did most of her damage at the plate, she had a .478 batting average and was one of the best hitters in the district. Smith on the other hand was also an effective hitter with a .463 batting average but was also one of, if not, the best pitcher who racked up 292 strikeouts.
