Three Weimar Ladycats’ were selected to win some individual awards along with All-District honors.
Taylor Smith was named the district MVP for her excellent play both in the circle and at the plate. Chloe Grifaldo was awarded the Fighting Heart award, she always came up with big plays and had an infectious, never-say-die attitude. The Most Improved award was given to Alazay Moreno because she took a massive step in her development as a second baseman and helped complete the Ladycats infield.
