Tatiana Mills’ athletic season was something to marvel at but she is still making news despite her athletic seasons ending. Mills was awarded the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center $1,000 Commit for Life Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to 43 students, valued at $60,000, who send in a 500-1,000-word essay or a 30-60 second video about how to inspire individuals to save lives as a blood donor.
