APRIL 1, 2024
At 12:55 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1700 block of Fannin in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.
APRIL 2, 2024
At 7:40 am Det. Moulder responded to the 1200 block of Bowie St in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.
At 9:22 am Det. Moulder responded to the 1100 block of Milam in reference to an escort.
At 10:20 am Det. Moulder responded to the 1100 block of Fannin in reference to a disturbance. After further investigation, Joyce Wilson of Columbus was arrested for Assault against elderly or disabled individuals and taken to the Colorado County detention center.
At 10:35 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 900 block of Back St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 11:46 am Det. Moulder responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
APRIL 3, 2024
At 2:55 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to an unwanted person. After further investigation, the subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.
At 4:25 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 5:06 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1100 block of Fannin in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 5:59 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1300 block of Walnut in reference to possible Theft. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.
At 7:57 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Crockett St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
At 11:38 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma St in reference to possible Threats. Information was received.
At 11:57 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, Mark Francis of Columbus was arrested for assault by contact family violence and was taken to the Colorado County Detention center.

At 8:20 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.
At 3:29 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 1500 block of Fannin in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 9:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 4:20 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
At 5:22 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 7:19 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
At 8:09 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the intersection of Hwy 71 and Crossroads in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 8:12 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, David Buckley was arrested for public intoxication and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 8:26 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 11:37 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a possible assault. After further investigation, Elizabeth Tumlinson of Columbus was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 2:35 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 900 block of Preston St in reference to an escort.
At 4:30 pm Det. Moulder responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 1:00 pm Cpt. Alley responded to the 1200 block of Montezuma in reference to possible harassment. Information was received.
At 1:36 pm Cpl. Blair responded to the 1400 block of Crockett in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.
At 11:20 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Jacob Ortega was arrested for Unlawful carrying of a weapon and Public Intoxication. Steven Oravits was also arrested for Public Intoxication and Fail to Identify. Both were taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
APRIL 10, 2024
At 4:48 am Cpl. Neumann assisted Colorado County Deputies on the 600 block of I-0 West Bound in reference to a stolen vehicle.
At 1:30 pm Cpl. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Sweetbriar Dr in reference to possible threats. Information was received.
At 5:34 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Breanna Cook was arrested for Public Intoxication and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 4:50 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 100 block of 2nd Ave in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
At 6:53 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 800 block of Milam in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.
At 7:19 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1300 block of Back St in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, Darrell Ford was arrested for warrants out of Colorado County and was taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.
