FEBRUARY 14, 2024

At 2:04 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and taken to the city pound.

FEBRUARY 15, 2024

At 6:10 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 700 block of Bonham St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 8:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 900 block of Washington St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was not located.

At 9:05 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 6:10 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Krupka St in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located and removed from the property.

FEBRUARY 16, 2024

At 10:00 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 10:25 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to an escort.

At 11:25 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2300 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 15:54 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 900 block of Walnut in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.

At 2:20 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Walnut in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 12:13 am Ofc. Godfrey assisted Colorado County Deputies on the North river bridge in reference to a reckless driver.

At 12:35 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 100 block of Creek Bend Ln in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 12:17 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 1300 block of Bowie St in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 2:25 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.

At 5:11 pm Det. Moulder responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

FEBRUARY 18, 2024

At 10:48 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 1400 block of Fannin in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was found secure.

At 3:45 pm Det. Moulder responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to a 911 hang up. The officer arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 9:29 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1200 block of Fannin in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

FEBRUARY 19, 2024

At 9:21 pm Ofc. Kent assisted Colorado County Deputies on the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a stolen vehicle.

At 11:16 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

FEBRUARY 20, 2024

At 12:36 am Ofc. Kent responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to possible threats. Information was received.

At 10:07 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 1000 block of Walnut in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:19 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 1400 block of Rampart in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 1:05 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 1200 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

At 3:36 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 1000 block of Walnut in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, removed from the property, and given a criminal trespass warning.

At 4:28 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 900 block of Prairie St in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

At 4:51 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Cardinal Ln in reference to a 911 hang up. Officers arrived and learned it was accidental.

At 7:48 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1400 block of Walnut in reference to a possibleTheft. Information was received.

At 10:53 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 8:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an escort.

At 10:45 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 2:20 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1000 block of Milam In reference to a wanted person. After further investigation, Yohan Garcia was arrested for a warrant and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 7:38 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to possible Threats. After further investigation all was found to be in order.

At 7:28 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

FEBRUARY 22 , 2024

At 11:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 200 block of King Dr in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was not located.

FEBRUARY 23, 2024

At 8:20 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 100 block of Shult Dr in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:50 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 900 block of Walnut in reference to a wanted person. After further investigation, Darrell Ford was arrested for a warrant out of Harris County and taken to the Colorado County Detention Center.

At 1:45 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1400 block of Montezuma St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 4:30 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 800 block of Hancock in reference to loud music. The music was located and turned down.

At 7:59 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 1400 block of Preston St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 1:01 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 100 block of Creek Bend Ln in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was gone upon arrival.

FEBRUARY 25, 2024

At 10:15 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 300 block of North St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

At 11:05 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 3200 block of Columbus Loop in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.

At 6:35 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 100 block of Legion Dr in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 1:06 pm Ofc. Blair responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 4:26 pm Det. Moulder responded to the 1100 block of Jackson St in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.

At 12:04 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1200 block of Walnut in reference to an alarm. The building was found secure.

At 8:08 am Ofc. Blair responded to the 1800 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a possible disturbance. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 3:38 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 1200 block of a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 7:13 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 100 block of Creek Bend Ln in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.

FEBRUARY 28, 2024

At 12:54 am Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 200 block of Texas Ave in response to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.

At 8:10 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Walnut in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and all was found to be in order.

At 10:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1200 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 2:00 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.

At 3:14 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation, the subject was found deceased. Justice of the peace Billy Hefner arrived on scene and stated the time of death and ordered an autopsy to be conducted.

At 6:24 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 300 block of Charter St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.

FEBRUARY 29, 2024

At 8:25 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.

At 8:35 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an escort.

At 4:00 pm Sgt. Lara responded to the 2500 block of Hwy 71 in reference to possible Theft. Information was received.

At 9:46 pm Cpl. Neumann responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a possible disturbance. The subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.
