WEIMAR — Parents as Teachers of Rural South Central Texas hosted their annual fundraising gala themed “UnMasking Potential with PAT” on Feb. 17. The event brought the community together who share a goal of supporting local families by “unmasking” the boundless potential within each child, especially during the most crucial early years of their lives.
The night kicked off with a thoughtfully curated appetizer spread paired with an open bar, followed by a delicious chicken and ribeye steak dinner. This set the stage for an eagerly awaited live auction that showcased unique items and exciting experiences, all in support of the PAT program and the families and children they serve.
172 attendees represent the community’s dedication to fostering educational opportunities for every child in Rural South Central Texas. By shedding light on the transformative power of early education, PAT aims to inspire ongoing support for their mission in a fun and meaningful way.
Parents as Teachers of Rural South Central Texas expresses gratitude to all attendees, donors, bidders and volunteers who contributed to making this event a resounding success.
