The Rice Consolidated Independent School District student-athletes are preparing to go through the necessary health screening process before engaging in extracurricular sports for the upcoming 2024-25 school year.
Rice Consolidated High School will be the host of the screening event as the students will be able to get their physicals done in the RHS gym at 1095 Raider Drive from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. The screening is free.
Reach out to a coach or trainer for a physical packet and consent forms, or visit houstonmethodist. org/athlete to find them online.
Houston Methodist implores attendees to bring their glasses or contacts along with their completed forms and a pen to fill out further paperwork.
