During this Lenten season, St. Anthony students are attending Stations of the Cross and Adoration in the chapel weekly.
Students in 3rd grade through the 8th grade also participated in the Sacrament of Reconciliation on March 7 and 8.
Students are continuing to fill their coin boxes with donations for Catholic Relief Services’ Rice Bowl campaign. Visit crsricebowl.org to donate and learn how Catholic Relief Services carries out the commitment of the Bishops of the U.S. to assist the poor and vulnerable overseas.
The Saints track team successfully participated in the St. Philip track meet last Wednesday, March 6 with 19 students earning 40 ribbons.
First place winners were Emma Beauchamp in the 100-meter dash, Logan Glueck in thehigh jump and 400-meter competitions. Glueck broke the school record for the 400-meter run with a time of 1:07.62.
Second place winners were Emma Beauchamp in the shot put and 400-meter and Logan Glueck, Charly Spanihel, and Claire McBride in the 400-meter relay. The 7th and 8th grade track team will participate in Fayetteville’s track meet on March 18.
Beginning March 18, registration for the 2024-2025 school year will be open to current families and parishioners of St. Anthony and St. Roch.
