Spring Break is here for Weimar schools, meaning the Weimar Library has plenty to do for students and families with a little more time on their hands.
On Monday, March 11, the Friends of the Library will host a Spring Break Discovery and Adventure Program from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for students from Pre-K to 4th grade at the City Pavilion. There will be face painting, crafts, music, pizza and cupcake decorating as well as free bags, books and a bouncy house. R&R Shaved Ice will also be available for purchases.
On Tuesday, March 12, the library will be showing the rated PG movie “Trolls Band Together” at 2 p.m. Fresh popcorn and bottled water will be served.
On Wednesday, March 13, the Library in Motion group will have a Drumming Workout class for seniors or those looking for low impact exercise at 10 a.m.
The library will have St. Patrick’s themed Family Storytime at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 14 followed by Preschool Discovery Time at 10:30 a.m. Attendees will learn the letter ‘x’ and their colors.
