Alley Fitzgerald is the daughter of Brian and Rashelle Fitzgerald. She has been an active member of the Columbus FFA Chapter throughout her high school career and has dabbled in a wide array of activities within the organization. She previously served as the Chapter Secretary and currently serves as the Chapter President as well as Area XI President.

Area XI spans across 16 counties, 73 schools, and encompasses roughly 12,000 members. Her leadership in both sectors has given her the opportunity to serve on a wide variety of task forces, committees, and public outreach projects at the district, area, state, and even national level.

Alley earned her Chapter Degree and Lonestar degree through her participation in Creed Speaking, Radio Broadcasting, Poultry Evaluation, Soil Stewardship Speaking, and Extemporaneous Speaking. This past summer she had the opportunity to compete at the state level in both speech categories, placing 8th in Soil and 3rd in Extemp overall.

She also shows various Horticulture exhibitions, previously winning Grand Champion and Grand Champion Showmanship for her projects. Outside of FFA, Alley is the National Honor Society President, Student Council Reporter, and a member of various other extracurricular activities and community service organizations.

Alley will be attending Texas A&M University in the fall with hopes to eventually receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and become a nurse anesthetist. Alley is honored to have been blessed with the opportunity to serve as Miss FFA for such an incredible organization and is beyond grateful for all the support, mentorship, and knowledge she has obtained throughout all of her service in the Columbus FFA Chapter.
