The Jan. 25 meeting of the Eagle Lake Noon Lions featured Club Secretary Charles Abel recognizing the volunteers who give their time and talents to serve the community at the two Eagle Lake Ministerial Alliance Food Pantries.

The Food Pantry located at the First Baptist Church serves families who live in the RCISD area on two Mondays each month from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

The First United Methodist Church hosts the Food Pantry one Monday each month and serves families who live in Colorado County. Several Volunteers attended the meeting to receive recognition.
