The Weimar Wildcats added two more wins to their win streak to extend it to four games.

The Wildcats defeated Louise and Ganado, and both were statement victories.

@ Louise, W, 62-22

The Wildcats started off by picking up a massive 40-point victory to get their first district win of the season.

The Wildcats are currently undefeated in 2024, and Louise was caught on the tracks of this chugging Wildcat train. The score reflects exactly how this game went as it was completely controlled by the Wildcats.

The Wildcats stumbled a little bit defensively to start the game, but it did not necessarily matter because their offense was just too good.

Every shot the Wildcats took had about an 80% chance of falling because they were that dialed in a focused on the game. They rode that momentum all game long and continued to score.

The Wildcats threw their reserves into the game late and even with the starters on the bench, they piled on the points.

As time ended, the Wildcats’ defense kept Louise at bay and got the win. They then looked ahead to their next game against Ganado, and they were ready to make another statement.

Vs. Ganado, W, 41-38

The Wildcats were back in action against Ganado on their home court and they wanted to play spoiler to the Wildcats.

They were on a threegame winning streak and back on their home court in front of their home fans and Ganado wanted to silence the fans and end the winning streak. The Wildcats knew that was their end goal in the game and developed a game plan to combat them.

They executed the game plan to perfection and took down Ganado with ease. The game was close, but for those watching, the Wildcats played like they were up by 20 the whole time and just played loose and played hard.

The Wildcats are buzzing to start the new year off and look to keep things rolling against Bloomington on their home court on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
