COLUMBUS — As the county enters election season during 2024, the republican candidates for county and state elections prepare themselves to campaign for their respective desired positions.
Residents of Colorado County will have their chance to meet the republican candidates for the upcoming elections on Jan. 17 at the Columbus Hall at 3845 I-10 W as the county republican party hosts a forum for each candidate to speak with the potential voters of the area.
The forum is part of several events of its like to give the residents of Colorado County an opportunity to learn more about the candidates involved in the municipal and county elections. Attendees can expect to hear from candidates for Sheriff, Commissioner positions and several other elected government positions in the county.
The event begins at 7 p.m.
