The residents got into the holiday spirit with their “Down Home Christmas” event that had a special celebration for the town’s 150th anniversary. The parade featured several businesses and schools in traditional floats and decorated vehicles. Following the parade, families got an opportunity to take pictures with Santa Clause at city hall.
