Phillip and Olivia Leyendecker are pleased to announce the birth of Duke Carlton Leye ndecker, at 8:52 a.m., Sept. 4, 2023, at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

He weighed 8 pounds and 13 ounces and measured 21.5 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Wade and Tammy Wheatley of Columbus.

Paternal grandparents are Smokey (Carlton) and Cheryl Leyendecker of Columbus.

CANALES

Andres Canales and Anacaren Rivera are pleased to announce the birth of Andres Canales Jr., at 2:35 p.m., Nov. 15, 2023, at Columbus Community Hospital.

He weighed 9 pounds and 5 ounces and measured 21 inches in length.

He was welcomed home by Omar Rivera, 15, Daisy Canales, 10, Briana Canales, 8, and Giselle Canales, 4.

Maternal grandparents are Maria and Jorge Rivera of Eagle Lake.

Paternal grandparents are Maricela DeAvila and Jose Canales of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
