EDNA – The Jackson County Master Gardeners Association invites the public to attend a free, "Come Grow With Us" seminar at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Kimberly Mayer, the horticulture extension agent for Brazoria County, will give a talk titled “Wild about Wildflowers” in the auditorium of the Jackson County Services Building, 411 N. Wells.
The JCMGA said Mayer is deeply involved in community garden initiatives. Mayer will discuss the top 20 Texas wildflowers and will offer the best wildflower driving routes in the Texas coastal area.
