THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 25
At 2:58 a.m., Zane Blaha was dispatched to 3013 near Strickland lane in reference to a motor vehicle accident. After further investigation, De Vaughn Malik Hahn, 27 of Wharton, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense. Case cleared by arrest.
At 6:06 p.m., Benjamen Melendez responded to Oak Crest Drive in New Ulm in reference to a dog bite. The bite victim was a delivery driver. Current vaccinations were confirmed through the Colorado Valley Veterinary Services ad quarantine was completed with no signs of rabies infection. Case cleared.
At 11:51 p.m., Benjamen Melendez was dispatched to the Columbus Community Hospital in reference to a dog bite that occurred on CR 251. Current vaccinations were confirmed through Foster Creek Veterinary Services in Richmond, and quarantine resulted in no sign of rabies infection. Case cleared.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 26
At 2:12 p.m., Robert Villanueva was dispatched to an assault in the 1400 block of Old Altair Road in Eagle Lake. After further investigation, Leonard Dewayne Hemphill, 61 of Eagle Lake, was arrested on a warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Case cleared by arrest.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27 At 12:58 a.m., Frankie Cantu was dispatched to Jugheadz on FM 2434 in Glidden in reference to a male subject causing a disturbance. After further investigation, Timothy Nickels, 59 of Springfield Ohio, was arrested for Public Intoxication. Case cleared by arrest.
At 1:30 p.m., Robert Villanueva conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 71. After further investigation, Isaiah McClanahan, 22 of Katy, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Weapon. Case cleared by arrest.
At 6:29 p.m., Frankie Cantu was dispatched to Avenue E in Sheridan in reference to a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was later located and referred to the Juvenile Probation Department and Children’s Protective Services. Case cleared by report.
At 10:49 p.m., Benjamen Melendez conducted a traffic stop IH-10 WB near the 690 mile marker. After further investigation, Eduardo Medina Trejo, 25 of San Marcos, was arrested for Reckless Driving. Case cleared.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 28
At 12:36 a.m., Benjamen Melendez was dispatched to the 200 block of Taylor Avenue in Alleyton in reference to a juvenile runaway. The juvenile was located at a nearby residence and was returned home. case cleared by report.
At 4:47 a.m., Benjamen Melendez responded to the 1600 block of FM 2434 in reference to a collision. The driver struck a cow which was in the roadway. The livestock owner was identified and a Crash Report was completed. Case cleared.
At 8:59 a.m., Mary Mayfield responded to the Columbus Jr High School to meet with a victim in reference to a report of Fraudulent Use or Possession or Identifying Information. Case is pending.
At 12:35 p.m., Santa Nino was dispatched to public service in reference to a criminal trespass warning for property on CR 214 near Weimar. Case is active pending issuance.
At 1:26 p.m., Mary Mayfield responded to Best Block on FM 949 in reference to a report of a lost license plate. Case cleared by report.
At 5:12 p.m., Santa Nino was dispatched to Main Street in Garwood in reference to a dog bite. Case is pending.
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29
At 9:29 a.m., David Wiese checked on a vehicle that had been parked on the side of the road o Hwy 90A west of Altair. The vehicle had been parked there for the past week and was removed from the location by Delgado’s Wrecker Service. Case cleared.
